Scott Barry

Founding Partner

Scott is a Founding Partner of Northern Shore Capital. He is also the founder, former CEO, and current Chairman of the Board of Centria Healthcare, one of the nation's largest providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As of December 2025, Centria provides services for nearly 3,200 individuals, primarily children with ASD, as well as private-duty pediatric nursing and in-home nursing support for adults who have sustained catastrophic injuries.

Scott is a past president or board member of several nonprofit trade organizations and serves on the Boards of Directors of ShiftKey, Midwest Express Clinic, and Centria Healthcare.

Scott holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and a MS in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University.

Hans is a Founding Partner of Northern Shore Capital. Hans has over 20 years of investing and real estate development experience. Most recently, Hans was a Principal at Agman, a Chicago based family office, where he led the firm's direct investing efforts. In addition, while he was at Agman he founded and was CEO of Ampler QSR, one of the largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchisees in North America operating in the Taco Bell, Burger King, Little Caesars, and Church's systems with over 450 restaurants and 8,000 employees across 14 states.

Hans serves on the Boards of Directors of Ampler QSR, DYMA Brands, and FranShares.

Hans holds a BA from Boston College and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Henry is the Vice President of Technology at Northern Shore Capital, where he drives technology strategy, diligence, and value creation across the portfolio. He helps portfolio companies modernize, scale, and leverage data and digital platforms to improve operations, enhance decision-making, and unlock growth. Henry's focus is on aligning technology strategy with investment objectives — helping to ensure that digital transformation directly supports business outcomes.

Before joining Northern Shore Capital, Henry spent over six years at Slalom, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives as Director of Technology Enablement. Earlier in his career, Henry co-founded several technology companies, including Detroit Labs, and Stratos, a connected payments company. He also served as Chief Product Officer at Autobooks.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University, where he was recognized with the Distinguished Young Alumni Award for his contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship.

She is responsible for overseeing key processes that drive the firm's productivity, streamline workflows, and support its strategic goals.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate operations, compliance, and financial management, Amy has held key leadership positions at major healthcare organizations, working closely with senior management to drive process optimization, streamline operations, and execute strategic initiatives that were essential to the organization's success.

Sean Darin

Managing Director

Sean is the Managing Director of Northern Shore Capital. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and financing potential investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Northern Shore, Sean was a Principal at O2 Investment Partners, a Midwestern based Private Equity firm, where he worked on numerous acquisitions as both a buyer and a seller while also helping to oversee portfolio management activities. Prior to O2, Sean worked in investment banking for FINNEA Group, a middle market investment bank, and Wells Fargo Securities.

Sean holds a BA in Finance from the Honors College and Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he was also a distinguished Financial Markets Institute Scholar.

A Leader with extensive experience guiding operations within complex, multi-site organizations backed by private equity and venture investors. They have overseen large teams and led transformational initiatives focused on process improvement, shared services, financial performance, and post-acquisition integration.

Their work has included centralizing key functions, implementing technology to streamline workflows, and improving billing, collections, and operational efficiency. They have also driven cross-functional initiatives that helped increase revenue, accelerate cash flow, and strengthen organizational performance.

With a background spanning consulting, operations, and product development, they are passionate about building scalable systems, developing teams, and enabling sustainable growth.

Amy is the Vice President of Talent & Workforce Strategy at Northern Shore Capital, where she leads recruitment, talent acquisition, and the development of scalable workforce infrastructure across the firm's portfolio. As a member of the Strategic Resource Group, Amy partners closely with management teams to align people strategy with business objectives and drive long-term value creation through human capital initiatives.

Prior to joining Northern Shore, Amy served as Vice President at CareerStaff Unlimited, where she oversaw national staffing and recruitment operations across Sales, Training & Development, Marketing, and Clinical Services. Amy has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing and operations.

Amy holds a BA in Communications from Eastern Michigan University.

Nick Johns

Senior Associate

Nick is a Senior Associate at Northern Shore Capital, where he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, assisting with due diligence, and underwriting transactions.

Before joining Northern Shore, Nick was an Associate at Palm Tree LLC in the Strategic Finance Consulting Group. There, he advised and assisted private equity-backed clients with such tasks as cash management, monthly financial reporting, and handling special projects. Nick began his career in investment banking, working at both Cowen and William Blair, where he focused on middle market transactions across a variety of end markets.

Nick holds a BA in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he was a distinguished Financial Markets Institute Scholar.

Mobeen Kambod

Senior Associate

Mobeen Kambod is a Senior Associate at Northern Shore Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and working in partnership with Northern Shore's portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining Northern Shore, Mobeen was a Senior Associate at Rockbridge Growth Equity, a Detroit-based private equity firm, where he evaluated new potential investments and worked closely with the firm's portfolio companies. He began his career at Harris Williams in the Food & Beverage Group, advising middle-market clients on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.

Mobeen holds a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with High Distinction.

Paul Kreger

Chief Financial Officer

Paul is the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Shore Capital, where he manages all financial reporting, compliance, and finance-related operations. Paul is a certified public accountant and he brings over 16 years of experience in public accounting and private fund accounting.

Prior to his role at Northern Shore, Paul was the Fund Controller at Center Rock Capital Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $1.6 billion in assets under management. Prior to Center Rock, Paul spent 13 years auditing private equity and venture capital funds as a Principal at Plante & Moran.

Paul holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
