Scott Barry
Scott is a Founding Partner of Northern Shore Capital and serves on the firm's investment committee. He founded and scaled Centria Healthcare, one of the nation's largest providers of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, serving as CEO before transitioning to Chairman of the Board.
Scott serves on the boards of ShiftKey, Midwest Express Clinic, and Centria Healthcare, and advises Lorient Capital. He holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and an MS in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University.

Hans Pusch
Hans is a Founding Partner of Northern Shore Capital and serves on the firm's investment committee. He brings over 20 years of investing and real estate development experience, most recently as Principal at Agman, a Chicago-based family office, where he led direct investing.
Hans founded and led Ampler QSR, one of North America's largest QSR franchisees, operating 450+ restaurants across 14 states. He currently serves on the board of FranShares and holds degrees from Boston College (BA) and University of Chicago Booth (MBA).

As Vice President at Northern Shore Capital and Starbridges, Henry leads deal sourcing, portfolio management, and value creation initiatives across the firm's healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical investments.
Previously: Henry led product launches and strategic planning at AbbVie ICU Pharmaceuticals, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving performance improvement across business units.

Amy is the Chief of Staff at Northern Shore Capital, managing administrative operations and ensuring the firm runs efficiently. She oversees key processes that drive productivity, streamline workflows, and support strategic goals.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate operations, compliance, and financial management, Amy has held leadership positions at major healthcare organizations, driving process optimization and executing strategic initiatives alongside senior management.
Mobeen Kambod
Mobeen Kambod is a Senior Associate at Northern Shore Capital, responsible for sourcing and executing transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and partnering with portfolio company management teams.
Prior to Northern Shore, Mobeen was a Senior Associate at Rockbridge Growth Equity, where he evaluated investments and worked with portfolio companies. He began his career at Harris Williams in the Food & Beverage Group, advising on middle-market M&A transactions.
Mobeen holds a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where he graduated with High Distinction.

Paul Kreger
Paul is the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Shore Capital, managing financial reporting, compliance, and operations. He is a CPA with 16+ years of experience in public and private fund accounting.
Prior to Northern Shore, Paul was Fund Controller at Center Rock Capital Partners ($1.6B AUM) and audited PE/VC funds as a Principal at Plante & Moran for 13 years.
Paul holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
